  • Trash and recycling: Empty bins at desks, in break rooms, and in common areas; replace liners.
  • Carpets and entryways: Vacuum accessible carpeted areas, with attention to high-traffic routes.
  • Hard floors: Sweep and mop appropriate surfaces in hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and restrooms.
  • Restrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and floors; clean mirrors.
  • Restroom supplies: Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and seat covers as agreed.
  • High-touch surfaces: Disinfect suitable door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, handrails, and shared equipment according to the agreed scope.
  • Desks and shared surfaces: Wipe cleared desks, workstations, reception counters, and conference tables without disturbing personal belongings.
  • Kitchens and break rooms: Clean counters, sinks, and tables; wipe appliance exteriors and microwave interiors; empty dishwashers where included in the scope.
  • Glass and mirrors: Spot-clean entry doors, interior windows, partitions, and mirrors.
  • Reception and lobbies: Dust accessible surfaces and tidy agreed common areas.

A scope organized around your office

For larger offices, we review work areas, conference rooms, reception, restrooms, break rooms, and circulation spaces. The proposal identifies the areas included, the visit frequency, and the building access arrangements.

Restocking labor and the purchase of consumable supplies are separate items to clarify in the quote. Cleared-surface cleaning does not include moving personal belongings or confidential documents.
